1) Mail in your Watch

Please carefully package and mail your watch (without the box.) A signed return receipt is recommended for security purposes. Our shipping address is:

2) Payment is required before work is performed

Payment is due prior to work being started. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

3) Shipping

Return shipping is included in the estimate to repair your watch.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to complete your repair and ship it back to you.
